MADISON, FL – Students enrolling in Fall Term 2025 classes at North Florida College are invited
to get a Jumpstart on the essential skills necessary to succeed in their courses.
Jumpstart offers free study skills, strategies and academic review sessions, free
of charge, for students preparing to enroll in ENC 1101/Freshman English I; MAT 1033/Intermediate
Algebra; MAC 1105/College Algebra; STA 2023/Introduction to Statistics; or any science
course.
Technology sessions, also offered through Jumpstart, are open to all NFC students
enrolling in Fall Term 2025 providing valuable information and tips on effectively
navigating and using NFC technology, including D2L (NFC’s course management system),
the myNFC InfoNetwork, student email, Office365, and more.
The Jumpstart 2025 program will be held during the week of Aug. 11-14.
Options for virtual or in-person workshops are available at Live Oak, Perry, and Madison
for different subjects Monday through Thursday.
